Garlic

Back in October I planted 40 cloves of garlic. I’ve never planted garlic before so these last 9 months have seemed like an eternity. It requires a lot of faith to plant garlic. You put a single clove in, wait several months, and then expect to pull out a whole head of garlic… it’s really kinda crazy. Last weekend the time finally came and I pulled up all my garlic. Some of my garlic heads are pathetically small, but overall it was a good harvest! And considering how little I did for it, I now think garlic is one of the easiest crops to grow. I’ve already got big plans for my next planting of garlic, come fall.
